St. Angela's School in Roseville, Mich., will become Reach Academy

A charter school management company plans to turn a former Catholic school in Roseville, Mich., into a public school for grades K-5. The new school has been named Reach Academy, and it's scheduled to open in September. The Archdiocese of Detroit closed the St. Angela School at the end of the 2006-07 school year because of falling enrollment. At the time it closed, St. Angela's had 135 students.
