Cheaper land will be site of new Broward County high school

Board will negotiate with owners of two sites

The Broward County (Fla.) School Board has decided to let cost determine where the county's newest high school will go: a 31-acre site in Davie or a swath of land on the edge of the Everglades in Weston. The district will negotiate a sale price with the owners of each sites and buy whichever would be cheaper.
