Study says charter high school students more likely to go to college

A study says that students who attend multi-grade charter high schools in Chicago appear more likely to graduate and to enroll in college than their counterparts in traditional public high schools. The Rand Corp. study also found that students who went to the same charter schools from middle school through grade 12 did better on ACT college entrance exams. The study focused on Chicago, the nation's third-largest school district.
