Payroll glitches in Chicago leave many teachers without checks

Hundreds of teachers in Chicago's public schools have complained about pay delays. Since the district first installed a new payroll software system in March, 377 teachers have filed grievances through the Chicago Teachers Union alleging that they have not been paid by the district. School officials say that although there have been glitches with the system, which cost nearly $17 million, they have been working with teachers to resolve any problems.
