Enrollment decline near an end in Cincinnati?

Student enrollment inCincinnati Public Schools fell by just 105 students this fall, the smallest amount in 14 years in the ever-shrinking district. The district's kindergarten-to-12th grade enrollment stands at 33,400 students, a decline of about 0.3 percent from the 2007-08 school year, according to state statistics. CPS officials had planned on losing more than 900 students in those grades from last year. Cincinnati reached its baby-boom-generation peak of 84,300 students in the 1970-71 school year.
