Clark County (Nev.) School Police Chief removed from job

From 8NewsNow.com: Investigations into improprieties have led to the removal of the chief of police for the Clark County (Nev.) School District. 8 News NOW is reporting that Chief Phil Arroyo has been replaced, at least for the time being, and Captain James Ketsaa is the acting chief for the department. At the heart of the investigation are questions about what happened at a party in 2009 in which several school cops allegedly drank alcohol with as many as 20 teenagers. One of those teens left the party drunk and was involved in an auto crash that killed a college student. Current and former school police employees say a cover up was instituted, with Arroyo's approval.
