From The Cleveland Plain Dealer: The Cleveland school board has appointed Former National City Bank chief Peter Raskind as its interim chief executive officer. He will replace Eugene Sanders when Sanders retires at the end of the month. Raskind, 54, has volunteered to work for just $1. He says he will not be a candidate for the job.
