College campuses cope with H1N1 flu cases

Should ailing students be isolated, or sent home?

From The Chicago Tribune: As classes, residence halls and campus commons fill with students this fall, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign has experienced a surge of swine flu. More than 600 cases have been reported, with about 30 added each day. Across the nation, campuses are grappling with how to deal with H1N1 outbreaks -- whether to isolate students in vacant dorm rooms or send them home, both of which pose logistical dilemmas.
