Colorado proposes education reforms

State wants to expand online education, have businesses become more involved with schools.

The Colorado Department of Education. has proposed a massive reform plan that would broaden online education, encourage businesses to contribute to schools, and provide full-ride college scholarships to seniors who pledge to come back and teach in tough places
