From The Columbus Dispatch: Surveillance video from a Columbus (Ohio) school district bus was key evidence in the conviction of a driver who admitted that he offered to pay a 13-year-old student for sex. The video shows Hervie L. Jackson, 53, telling the boy that he will give him $50 in exchange for oral sex, prosecutors say. Jackson pleaded guilty to one count each of importuning and compelling prostitution.
