Delta Community College expects to break ground in March

TheLouisiana Delta Community College is planning to break ground in March on a campus in Monroe. The new facilities would enable Delta to leave the space it now uses on the University of Louisiana at Monroe campus. Officials say facilities on the new campus could open as soon as 2010.
