Student housing planned for Cornell (N.Y.) Community College

From The Corning Leader: Corning (N.Y.) Community College is planning to build a residence hall that would house 300 students. The project would cost somewhere between $12 million to $14 million, and if all goes according to plan, construction will begin in the spring. It would open to students in 2013.
