New facility planned for community college in Sacramento

From The Sacramento Bee: Cosumnes River College in Sacramento, Calif., has broken ground on a new architecture and construction center. The $13.7 million center is expected to be completed by fall 2013. The 24,000-square-foot facility will house classrooms, design studios and labs.
