$8.6 million bond proposal in Dallas (Ore.) district

From The Salem Statesman Journal: The Dallas (Ore.) school board has placed an $8.6 million bond the Nov. 3 ballot. The money would be used to upgrade siding, gutters, flooring and plumbing
at each district school; re-roof and improve existing roofs at the
stadium; renovate and upgrade parking lots; upgrade boilers and HVAC
systems; and carry out energy upgrades.
