District leads push to more healthful food choices

From The Dallas Morning News: As part of a nationwide push against childhood obesity, the Dallas Independent School District is overhauling its cafeteria menu by featuring more healthful food and tossing aside classic artery cloggers. The Texas Agriculture Department says the Dallas district is setting a strong example for others to follow.
