Revised renovation plan for Dallas elementary limits impact on neighborhood

From The Dallas Morning News: The Dallas Independent School District has revised its plans to rebuild O.M. Roberts Elementary School, and a neighborhood greenhouse and some homes will be spared. But at least seven homeowners in the South Dallas neighborhood held out — along with Vickery Wholesale Greenhouse — and refused to accept the district’s purchase offers.
