Delaware district establishes universal free lunch program

The Capital School District in Kent County, Del. will now offer universal free lunch to all of its K-12 students,

The Capital School District in Kent County, Del. will now offer universal free lunch to all of its K-12 students, according to the Dover Post.

The school district had previously offered free breakfast to all of its students, and lunch that was either free, or could be purchased at reduced or full price based on income. The change was implemented to prevent any eligible students from falling through the cracks and missing out on meals.
