California district puts $25 million bond on ballot

TheDel Norte County (Calif.) Unified School District has voted to put a $25 million bond measure on the Nov. 4 ballot. Proposed projects include replacing 30-year-old portables with new classrooms, replacing deteriorating plumbing and sewer systems, repairing and replacing roofs and removing asbestos.
