Voters say no to upgrades in Delphi (Ind.) district

From The Lafayette Journal and Courier: Voters in the Delphi (Ind.) Community school district have defeated a proposed $13 million renovation project for Delphi middle and high schools. The $13 million proposal included upgrading heating and air conditioning, adding new security systems, replacing doors and windows, updating areas for wheelchair accessibility and remodeling several classroom and lab areas.
