Struggling Florida charter may get new site

A financially struggling charter school in Palm Beach County, Fla., may get relief if the school district approves a lease for space in an old high school facility. The Toussaint L'Ouverture High School for Arts and Social Justice is renting space in a Delray Beach, Fla., strip mall for $9,000 a month; the Palm Beach County School Board will consider the charter school's request to lease space in the old Atlantic High School for $1 a year.
