Detroit district attracts new students to its schools

About 1 out of 10 students in grades 1 to 12 did not attend district schools last year

From The Detroit News: The Detroitschool district says that 6,225 students in grades 1 to 12 this year are attending district schools for the first time. That equates to about one out of every 10 students in the district.
