From The Detroit News: The Detroit school district is considering a ground-breaking partnership with a successful charter school founder that manages several schools in Detroit. Robert Bobb, the district's emergency financial manager, says he and Doug Ross, founder of the U Prep Schools, have been talking about working together on a joint school project at Mumford High School.
