New Detroit high school will replace 2 existing campuses

From The Detroit News: The Detroit school district is moving ahead with plans to merge two high schools into a new $46.3 million facility by fall 2012. Officials have signed a contract for a new, 221,000-square-foot Finney Crockett High School on Detroit's far east side. The new building will replace Finney High and Crockett Technical High schools.
