North Dakota district to add onto elementary

The Devils Lake (N.D.) district is planning a 20,000-square-foot addition onto Sweetwater Elementary School. The additional classroom space would enable the district to eliminate a portable building that has been a "temporary" solution to a space shortage since 1975. Voters would have to approve funds for the project before it could move forward. The architect is ICON Architectural Group.
