Donation will help New Orleans school rebuild athletic fields

Football player's foundation arranges for $400,000 gift to Lusher Charter High School

New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees says that a $400,000 gift received through his foundation that will help Lusher Charter High School in New Orleans rebuild athletic fields that were seriously damaged by Hurricane Katrina. The gift was brokered by the Brees Dream Foundation's "Operation Kids: Rebuilding Dreams in New Orleans" campaign. The foundation has committed to raising about $2 million for children's programs in New Orleans.
