Teacher resigns after student is injured in electrical incident

From Foster's Daily Democrat: A Dover (N.H.) High School teacher whose student was hospitalized following an electrical shock in a trades class earlier this year has resigned. Thomas Kelley has been on administrative leave during a police and school investigation into the incident, which authorities say was the result of a dare. Some students in the class told police Kelley was involved in the dare, but Kelley and the shocked student, 18-year-old Kyle DuBois, deny those allegations.
