Duncan (Okla.) district fails to win $118.9 million bond election

From The Duncan Banner: The Duncan (Okla.) school district has failed to win approval of a $118.9 million bond proposal that would have paid for major facility improvements. The district had proposed constructing three elementary campuses--one for grades K-1, one for grades 2-3, and one for grades 4-5. It also sought funds for a major renovation of the high school and the district's extracurricular facilities.
