From The St. Paul Pioneer Press: East Ridge High School in Woodbury, Minn., the South Washington County district's third high school, is expected to open on schedule in five months. The $96.4 million project is part of a $159 million districtwide construction package voters approved in 2006. Six smaller learning communities will make up East Ridge. Each community will include nine classrooms, as well as lockers, bathrooms and staff offices. Each community also has its own collaborative space for speakers and group meetings and a gathering spot for kids.
