Eatonville (Wash.) district sued over school bus wreck that injured student

From The Tacoma News-Tribune: The mother of a boy hit by an school bus in Eatonville, Wash., three years ago is suing the school district and the bus driver, alleging their negligence resulted in her son’s injuries. Autumn Landen's son was 14 in January 2009 when he was hit by the bus and dragged more than 80 feet. He suffered severe head injuries and numerous bone fractures, among other injuries.
