Edwardsville, Ill., district gets money to build two schools

The Edwardsville (Ill.) district has won approval of a $58.3 million bond proposal. The money will enable the district to build two elementary schools, convert the alternative high school into school for grades 3 to 5, and convert a building on the high school campus to accommodate the alternative high school.
