From The Chicago Tribune: Elgin Community College in Elgin, Ill., has two rooftop gardens on campus that supply produce for 450 students to use in the school's Culinary Arts and Hospitality program. The gardens also supply food for Spartan Terrace – the student-run restaurant at the community college.
