Master key stolen at Eastern Michigan hall

Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti is rekeying the locks in all 228 student rooms at Hill Hall after someone stole a master key. Police say someone entered a dorm office and used bolt cutters or something similar to cut through a titanium ring holding a master key.
