Energy Education Inc. says district has not paid $1.5 million in fees

From The Sacramento Bee: An energy consulting company is suing the Sacramento City Unified School District for $1.5 million in unpaid bills and fees. Energy Education Inc., says the school district refuses to pay mutually agreed upon fees.The company provides a energy conservation program that it says has helped save the district $5.3 million in energy costs since 2008. A district spokesman says those figures are questionable.
