Euclid (Ohio) district to convert elementary to school for special-needs students

The Euclid (Ohio) School District plans to convert Glenbrook Elementary into a special-needs school in the fall and bring back as many as 50 students who are now sent to outside programs for emotionally disturbed youngsters. Euclid Superintendent Joffrey Jones estimates the "repurposed" school will save his district $1.25 million a year.
