Eureka Springs (Ark.) district seeks bonds for new high school

From the Carroll County News: The Eureka Springs School District has placed a $10.6 million bond issue on the Feb. 9 ballot. The money would enable the district to build a new high school on a 34-acre site near the Eureka Springs Middle School.
