Fairfax County parents sue over boundary changes

A parent group from Fairfax County, Va., is suing the school district in an effort to overturn changes to attendance areas involving five high schools. The parents contend school board members didn't follow their own policies when they decided which neighborhoods would be subject to boundary changes and did not sufficiently analyze impacts on transportation or costs.
