Families of 2 Chinese students sue University of Southern California over shooting deaths

From China Daily: The parents of two Chinese students who were shot to death near the Los Angeles campus of the University of Southern California have filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against the institution. Wu Ying and Qu Ming, both 23 and electrical engineering graduate students, were killed while sitting in a car near their home. An attorney for USC says the shootings were a tragedy, but that there is no grounds for a lawsuit.
