Designers recommend rebuilding older parts of Fayetteville (Ark.) high school

Older sections ofFayetteville (Ark.) High School should be rebuilt, rather than remodeled, architects for the project say. Draining problems in the library, accessibility, narrow hallways, the interruption of classes, student safety and length of time for construction figured into the recommendation. The architects also recommend leaving the athletic fields where they are. To move the football field, stadium baseball field and field house would cost between $23 million and $25 million. The architect is Crafton, Tull, Sparks and Associates.
