Florida district will begin radio ads on school buses

The Seminole County (Fla.) School Board has decided to allow radio ads on school buses, and it plans to change the policy that prohibits print ads on school buses. Officials say the print ad policy Seminole adopted several years ago was overlooked when the board approved a contract this week with Bus Radio. The company will air a daily program of rock music, lessons and advertisements through special radios on 53 buses during a trial period through the end of the school year.
