From The Orlando Sentinel: Florida Gov. Rick Scott is holding signing ceremonies for five education bills that aim to offer more parental choice in where their children attend school. The bills seek to expand charter schools, virtual schools, school vouchers and a program that allows students to transfer out of failing public schools.
