Boy suffered broken arm after being beaten on school grounds in Leesburg, Fla.

The parents of a Leesburg, Fla., elementary-school student have sued Lake County schools, alleging that teachers and staffers failed to protect their son, who was beaten on school grounds last year while waiting for a ride home. Dustin Langley was jumped from behind, knocked to the ground and pummeled, suffering a broken arm in the unprovoked attack at Beverly Shores Elementary School.
