Florida school construction funds are depleted

From The Tampa Bay Times: On K-12 and college campuses across Florida, construction projects are stalled because the state fund that pays for them is broke. And it looks like there won't be any money for the next two years. Gov. Rick Scott, who vetoed many construction projects in last year's budget, has now asked the Department of Education, Florida College System and State University System to identify $250 million worth of previously authorized projects that could be put on hold.
