Florida's public universities seek $18 million in security upgrades

Florida's public universities have come up with a list of steps to make their campuses safer. Now the state has to find the $18 million universities say it'll take to hire more police officers, install sirens and loudspeakers and upgrade technology so students and employees can get instant alerts on their cell phones and computers.
