Former administrator in Ozark (Ala.) district charged with stealing district money

State audit uncovered more than $100,000 in inappropriate expenditures

From The Dothan Eagle: A former chief financial officer for the Ozark (Ala.) school district has been arrested on felony charges of stealing money from the district. Monica Baker Foote, 53, has been charged with four counts. The charges follow an audit by the Alabama Department of Examiners of Public Accounts that found $102,170 of inappropriate expenditures by Foote.
