Fayette County district plans auction for Julia Ewan Elementary site

From The Lexington Herald-Leader: The former Julia R. Ewan Elementary School in Lexington, Ky., which the Fayette County School Board has declared surplus property, will be sold at public auction on April 23. The site consists of a 70,000-square-foot building on 4.6 acres of grounds.
