Assistant principal in Highland Park, Mich., charged with taking $36,000

From The Detroit Free Press: A former principal in Highland Park, Mich., and treasurer of the Highland Park Association of School Administrators has been charged with embezzling more than $36,000 from the association. Samuel Craig, 54, allegedly stole the money from April 2009 to March 2011, was an assistant principal in the Highland Park school district. He was recently laid off from his principal's job.
