Ascension Parish (La.) district mulls options for Lowery Middle School facility

From The Baton Rouge Advocate: The Ascension Parish (La.) School Board is considering two options for the abandoned Lowery Middle School site: selling the property to the highest bidder or entering into an intergovernmental agreement with the city of Donaldsonville to turn the site into a 100-unit home for senior citizens.
