From The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: Students will return to classes this month in a renovated Fort Couch Middle School in the Upper St. Clair (Pa.) school district. The building will have an upgraded HVAC system, bigger and brighter classrooms, expanded gymnasiums and upgraded outdoor sports fields.
