$96 million bond proposal would pay for one middle and two elementary schools

Voters in the Fort Mill (S.C.) district will decide on March 4 whether to approve a $96 million bond proposal. The request is divided into two questions. The first seeks $87.2 million to pay for construction of a middle and two elementary schools. The second asks for $8.7 million to build a stadium and two high school gymnasiums.
