Redding, Calif., district seeks $19 million in bonds

TheGateway Unified School District in Redding, Calif., is asking voters next month to approve a $19 million bond proposal. The money would enable the district to build multipurpose rooms at Buckeye School of the Arts and Grand Oaks Elementary School; expand the cafeteria at Central Valley High School and a new media center for Shasta Lake School.
